We are Ken and Robin Quintero, one of the area’s top real estate duos. Primarily serving Parkland and the surrounding area, our team has more than a decade of combined industry experience–coupled with over 39 years of experience in Florida living. We specialize in working with move-up buyers, sellers, investors, and high-end clients searching for some of Florida’s best real estate investments and luxury properties. We utilize targeted marketing to connect with the right buyers and leverage advanced technology to sell your home faster and for a higher price.

 

Established in 2018, we are a husband-and-wife real estate duo with a vision: to help our clients think outside the box with their real estate investments. By using our many years of real estate investment experience and Robin’s finance and risk management background, we help our clients search every avenue to help them find their ideal property. Whether it’s finding pre-market properties, off-market properties, or distressed properties that need work, we collaborate with our clients to help them see the potential in properties they might have overlooked. After years of serving clients in Coral Springs, Parkland, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale, we've relocated to West Palm Beach and are now focusing on the growing markets of Loxahatchee, Westlake, Royal Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and Lake Worth. These areas offer a mix of new developments, spacious properties, and strong investment potential. We're excited to help clients explore opportunities in these vibrant communities.

 

As a husband and wife real estate team, we attribute our success to being creative problem solvers who put the needs of our clients first. We also have many years of experience living and working together, even before we became real estate partners. We have lived in Florida for over 39 years and absolutely love it here. We have three children: two adult sons and one teenage daughter. We are avid Miami Heat fans. We love the nature in Parkland and all the trails here. We enjoy walking and biking on a regular basis. Ken is a professional musician who plays the baby bass. Ken is also a car enthusiast who enjoys restoring cars in his spare time. Muscle cars are his absolute favorite.
